资阳钢管厂是中国石油天然气集团公司螺旋缝双面埋弧焊钢管（以下简称螺旋焊管）定点生产厂。

西气东输管道穿越十省市，横贯八千里，宛如一条钢铁巨龙，行走于神州大地。其输距之长，输送环境之复杂，技术要求之高，不仅在中国史无前例，在世界上也是少有的。能为这一伟大工程提供“川石”牌输送钢管，我们深感骄傲！

我厂拥有先进的螺旋焊管制造机组和系统完善的检测设备，可按中国国家标准、行业标准、美国石油学会标准以及用户要求的其他标准，生产直径273～1626mm，壁厚6～21mm，最高钢级可达X80的“川石”牌系列螺旋焊管，年生产能力为18万吨。产品可作石油、天然气、煤气、水等各种流体，以及矿浆、煤粉等液态和粉状固体输送，也可作工程结构管和打桩管。我厂同维京群岛万年投资有限公司合资组建的川石康盛（亚东）涂敷服务有限公司，可对钢管进行3PE、3PP、2PE、2PP以及FBE等多种方式的防腐。您的需求就是我们的追求。我们愿与海内外客户竭诚合作，共创美好明天！

Ziyang Steel Pipe Plant (ZSPP) is the designated factory by CNPC to manufacture spiral arc-welded steel pipe (shortened as "spiral welded pipe").

Multi-thousand miles long, West-East Gas Pipeline passes through ten provinces & cities of China like a huge steel dragon. In terms of length, complex of terrains it goes through and technical difficulties, West-East Gas Pipeline sees no predecessors of its kind in China and it is also rare to find a pier of it in the world. We are extremely proud of ourselves as supplier of Chuanshi Steel Pipe to a project as significant as "West-East Gas Pipeline".

Equipped with the state-of-art spiral welded pipe fabricating units and complete & advanced inspection equipment, ZSPP is capable of making spiral welded pipe of Chuanshi series, with diameter ranging from 273 to 1626mm, wall thickness 6-21mm and the steel grade up to X80, in line with national, industrial, API standards and other standards specified by Users. Annual capacity reaches 180,000 tons. Our product is used for convey of fluids or powder solids such as oil, natural gas, coal-bed gas, water, ore slurry and coal powder as well as engineering structure pipe or pile pipel. Chuanshi Kanssen (Yadong) Coating Services Co., Ltd., a joint venture by ZSPP and Wanning Investment Co., Ltd. from Viking Ills., can provide steel pipe anti-corrosion treatment of various types, such as 3LPE, 3LPP, 2PE, 2PP and FBE.

Sichuan Basin is the origin of Chinese natural gas industry and currently the biggest gas field in China. As Sichuan natural gas features high pressure and high sulfur content , steel pipe should be able to resist high pressure, high sulfur content. ZSPP has been devoted to increasing steel pipe resistance to high pressure, high sulfur content since 1975 when ZSPP was put into operation in line with government policy of exporting Sichuan gas to other part of China. Since then, rich experiences and outstanding achievements have been obtained in gas transmission steel pipe fabrication. Majority of key gas pipelines built after 1975 in Sichuan was build with Chuanshi steel pipe. Our product was also used on national key oil & gas pipelines such as West-East Gas Pipeline, Lan-Cheng-Yu Product Oil Pipeline, Se-Ning-Lan Gas Pipeline, Zhong-Wu Gas Pipeline, Shan-Jing Gas Pipeline, Shen-Fu Hign Condensate Oil Pipeline. To our pride, not even once Chuanshi steel pipe fails or causes leakage or pipeline interruption due to quality deficit of welds since our product was put into use.

Through over 30 years efforts, ZSPP has grown into an enterprise that is the biggest, most competitive and engaged in both steel pipe manufacturing and anti-corrosion treatment in Southwest China.
